The Florida-Alabama Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is initiating a Corridor Management Plan (CMP) for West Cervantes Street from North A Street to Dominguez Street. The purpose of this corridor management plan is to identify improvements needed to increase the safe and efficient movement of people and goods and improvements needed to support all modes of transportation including roadway capacity, public transit and bicycle and pedestrian movements.
